Why Wire Guidance?
Maximize your facilities storage space, by implementing a "Very Narrow Aisle" rack storage system. With the implementation of wire guidance, minimum aisle space measures between 4' and 6', and requires a navigation method paired with a narrow aisle forklift. VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) designs can save overall traditional aisle space by 50-60% plus and provide additional space for other warehouse storage or applications.

Understanding Wire Guidance
5.25kHz/6.25kHz frequency wire is integrated into the floor, precisely cut in the middle of racking aisles to ensure smooth and safe operation. Wire is coated with epoxy to protect beneath the concrete surface. Specialized wire guided vehicles, such as turret trucks and order pickers are paired with sensors that receive electromagnetic signals from the wire guided system. While paired, the vehicles will move in a north and south direction only until completely out of the system. Once out of the aisle and disconnected, typically 15 feet, maneuverability resumes as normal and operators are now able to turn in a safe area in tunnels or ends of aisles.

Maximize Space
When considering storage configuration, aisle width, and overall functionality of your warehouse space, scalability and adaptability are critical to the overall pallet stored capacity. Very Narrow Aisle storage w/ wire guidance can maximize productivity and the total amount of pallets stored.
